Meet Puja: a very passionate, friendly and empathetic practitioner!

Puja is a passionate, friendly, and empathetic Registered Acupuncturist who is dedicated to helping her patients achieve optimal health and well-being through Traditional Chinese Medicine. She has been practicing since five years. She studied Biological Science at the University of Guelph. Her passion for patient care led her to gained valuable experience working with patients receiving palliative care. She completed full-time TCM training followed by extensive post-graduate studies with leading TCM experts in the fields of fertility, pregnancy, cosmetic acupuncture and women’s health.

Puja has experience treating a wide range of health concerns, including pain management, stress and anxiety, digestive health, infertility, pregnancy care, women’s health, and gynecological concerns. She takes an individualized and compassionate approach to treatment, drawing on her knowledge, skills, and experience to provide personalized care tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

Outside of her practice, Puja is an avid reader and enjoys traveling the world, exploring new places, and experiencing different cultures.

In the winter of 2026 Puja opened her very own wellness center with a Chinese Medicine focus.
